Who We Are – Help in Action
A complimentary community service was born from the adverse global pandemic of COVID-19. Serving Our People (SOP) sole purpose is to be of service to those in need.
Founded in March 2020 on the Gold Coast, Australia and now serving Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales our vision is to “to deliver to anyone, at anytime in any place.”
As we continue to serve all Australians, we will work to effect real change.

Mission
Our mission is to serve the people of Australia in whatever capacity they need be they families, the elderly, displaced or disadvantaged individuals and communities, carers, disaster victims or people living with a disability.

We have move than 1,000 SOP team members and growing, alongside an established advisory board, advisors and management team driving us forward.
Our
Funding
We are a self funded charity. To date, we have received just $20,000 in government funding. Our main source of funding is through our corporate partnerships and sponsorships, private donors and revenue from SOPLEX.

We helped a family in need who lost their home to a devastating fire.
Educated the community on how we can help others.
We fed many homeless people and struggling families needing groceries & meals.
Helped many struggling families on the brink to keep them afloat.
Vaccinations and healthcare for those not able to access.
Helped struggling new mums with baby items for their newborns.
Spread the Christmas cheer with the toy drive and long lunch.
Are able to launch the first ever ‘Free Supermarket’ model.
